The Team


Dan Pedersen


Dan started in the landscape industry over 26 years ago. He was owner and operator of a successful lawn maintenance company when he met Tommy Aiello of Aiello Landscape. He made the decision to sell his company to work under Tommy to learn and gain experience in the industry. Dan proved to be a valued employee and expert in his field. Quickly becoming a project manager and eventually became the Vice President of the company and part owner of the Hobe Sound division.  After 10 years of dedication and leadership he became President and continued to grow the Hobe Sound location. In August of 2018 Dan acquired full ownership of the Hobe Sound location, rebranding it as Bridge Landscape Inc. He continues to oversee all operations and team members while continually growing and refining the company.


Brian Wojcieszak

General Manager

Brian is a Stuart, FL native who joined the team in 2006. He started his career with the company as a Landscape Installation Foreman and after a year was promoted to Project Manager. In 2013, he was promoted to Landscape Operations Manager where he oversaw many different aspects of the landscape division. In 2018, he became General Manager for Bridge Landscape Inc. From the beginning of his career his personable attitude and superior customer service has made him a client favorite. He always goes above and beyond to ensure every detail of a project exceeds client expectations.


Amanda Davis

Office Manager

Amanda joined the team in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2012, she became Office Manager.  Amanda works behind the scenes to ensure that the company runs smoothly and efficiently. Her attention to detail, ability to wear many hats, and commitment make her a key member of the team. She has her AA degree in Accounting and is continuing her education for her Bachelor’s in Accounting at Indian River State College.


Westin Pedersen

Gardening Service Manager

Westin discovered his interest in horticulture as he grew up around the landscaping business. In 2015, he had the opportunity to join the team as a landscape installation crew member. After over a year of working in the field and learning many different aspects of the landscape installation process he was promoted to Gardening Service Assistant where he proved to be a tremendous asset to the company. His natural leadership skills and high quality of service led him to another promotion in 2017 as Gardening Service Manager where he has continued to exceed expectations.


Kevin Gerard

Landscape Project Manager

Kevin is originally from Long Island, New York and after graduating from the United States Military Preparatory School he moved to Hobe Sound, FL. In 2014, he joined the company as a driver and landscape installation crew member. Shortly after, he took on a leadership role as Project Manager of the Landscape division under the direction of General Manager, Brian Wojcieszak. In this position, he continues to provide excellent customer service and is a great support to team members.
